Official Announcements Define Regulatory Classifications and Introduce Limited Micro-Business License Pathway
WILLITS, Calif. – Under the sovereign authority of Chief Geronimo Thomas Langenderfer, Tribal Federal Contractor and Awardee of the Interior, the Tribal Nations Office of the Mendocino Indian Reservation has issued a series of official public notices (PN-420, PN-430, PN-440) concerning its Tribal Federal Licensing Programs.
These notices establish key regulatory definitions and announce a structured pathway for a limited number of Micro-Business License Packages. This package represents the exclusive regulatory mechanism under current tribal law for a single qualified entity to hold multiple operational licenses within a defined sector of sovereign commerce. Individual license acquisitions outside this package are restricted to one license per entity.
“This framework establishes the exclusive interface for this sovereign regulatory pathway,” stated Chief Geronimo Thomas Langenderfer. “The Micro-Business License Package is the only method authorized by our tribal law for single entities to obtain multiple, integrated licenses. This is a formal exercise of our inherent sovereign authority.”
